2. Boost Sales Marketing Package (on 3 major portals, accompanied viewings, 360 degree virtual walkthrough, professional marketing package) (Sales progression not included) £2400* (£2000+VAT) for 6 months marketing and viewings.

3. Enhanced marketing package. Digital Enhanced professional photos & 360 virtual tour and professional floorplan. £699*

4. Property Acquisition Service (We find a property for an investor or homebuyer) 2.4% (2% + VAT of agreed sales price)(£500 deposit*) 

5. Sale of a property.  Includes all the above sales plus progression and enhanced marketing. 1.5% (1.25 % + VAT of agreed sales price )

6. A separate Anti-Money-Laundering fee will apply £60 *.
