Gateway Property Hub is a local property company based in Croydon. We deal with residential homes and blocks of flats in Croydon and surrounding areas. Direct Maintenance Costs

We have a team who efficiently handle all your maintenance need and make sure all charges are correct and agreed upon before handing over to the landlord for payment.

Simple Fee Structure

​Similar to a pay-as-you-go setup, we charge a monthly fee and a reasonable hourly fee for any additional services you require. Monthly advance payment includes property management and twice yearly inspections.


We belong to the National Landlords Association and the Property Relief System who provide us with useful advice and updates on current regulations and laws. We ensure that all landlords comply with their legal obligations.
