The Story of Gateway Property Hub

Gateway Property Hub is a local property company based in Croydon since 2005. We originally started off specialising in residential lettings and have since expanded our services to Tenancy Management, Maintenance, Small Block Management and Buy to Let sales and purchases. Our local team of trained staff efficiently deal with residential homes, small commercial properties and small blocks of flats in Croydon, Purley Sutton, Bromley and surrounding areas. We are helping busy landlords by doing all the time-consuming work and save time and stress. It's an intelligent choice to start earning an income from property fast and we ensure we help our Property Owners clients find good, professional and fully referenced tenants, quickly. We aim to have well looked after properties, and happy owners, buyers and tenants.

​Similar to a pay-as-you-go setup, we charge a simple monthly fee and a reasonable hourly or fixed fees for any additional services you require.

We belong to the National Landlords Association and the Property Redress Scheme who provide us with useful advice and updates on current regulations and laws. We want to ensure that all landlords comply with their legal obligations.
