Gateway Property Hub is a local property company based in Croydon since 2005. We originally started off specialising in residential lettings and have since expanded our services to Tenancy Management, Maintenance, Small Block Management and Buy to Let sales and purchases. Our local team of trained staff efficiently deal with residential homes, small commercial properties and small blocks of flats in Croydon, Purley Sutton, Bromley and surrounding areas. We are helping busy landlords by doing all the time-consuming work and save time and stress. It's an intelligent choice to start earning an income from property fast and we ensure we help our Property Owners clients find good, professional and fully referenced tenants, quickly. The Management Team
Our management team oversee processes and procedures, grow the business and ensure compliance to legal requirements.

Lettings team
Our lettings coordinators arrange the valuations and viewings and oversee the whole process from viewing through to moving in.

Sales Team
Our Sales Team provide market appraisals, provide different options and routes for selling. They do the sales progression and follow up to ensure the sales complete in time.

Tenancy management Team
Our Tenancy management team collect rent and pay landlords. They allocate contractors to jobs and monitor repairs which the tenants who have reported issues via our online maintenance reporting system.
