The management team
Our management team oversees the lettings procedures and ensures compliance to legal requirements.
We allocate contractors to jobs and monitor repairs which our tenants have reported via our online maintenance reporting system.
Our accounts team will check rents have been paid and pay our landlords and contractors.
Our lettings coordinators arrange the valuations and viewings and oversee the whole process from viewing through to moving in.

We have a team who efficiently handle all your maintenance need and make sure all charges are correct and agreed upon before handing over to the landlord for payment.
Simple Fee Structure
Similar to a pay-as-you-go setup, we charge a monthly fee and a reasonable hourly fee for any additional services you require. Monthly advance payment includes property management and twice yearly inspections.
We belong to the National Landlords Association and the Property Relief System who provide us with useful advice and updates on current regulations and laws. We ensure that all landlords comply with their legal obligations.
